In today's update for the Sprite Editor app, we bring three major changes, two that will affect school communities and one that applies to all communities.
1. Member Public Project List Page Added
Previously, the Sprite Editor app did not have a member public project list page like Hatch! does, but today's update adds this missing feature so students and mentors alike can much more easily find similar projects made by a member in Sprite Editor:

Clicking on the More projects from Member link highlighted by the red box above will bring you to a new page:

From here, you can view and easily find all the projects each member has listed to be public.
2. School Aliases Inside School Communities
An update for the Spite Editor app was just released that updates the aliases displayed in the app's 'Explore' page, making them consistent with the names listed inside the school community. We previously released a similar update to Hatch!, and now the community alias changes apply to the Sprite Editor app in school communities as well. This is a feature update request made by schools, in order to ensure accountability by students, and aid in sharing value of project work within school communities.

3. School Community Member Search
You can now search for members that are in your community group while inside the Sprite Editor app.
Where Can I Access This?
Access Sprite Editor from within a school community, go to the Explore page, and in the top right of your window you should see a new search box here:

How Do I Use it?
This features supports searching by one of two methods:
1. A member's OYOclass account ID (found by going to their portfolio page and checking the URL)

2. A member's exact alias inside one of the communities in your community group

Put one of these (ID or full alias) into the new search bar on the top right of the explore page and you will see the results on the page similar to this:

From here, you can click on the See Projects link and you will be brought to that member's public projects list. With this new update both students and mentors can much more easily find another member's projects without needing a direct link to it first.
